Hønefoss Fire&Ice tournament is coming up on Sat. March 12th. Even though EZ has no indoor hall for practice right now, does anyone, like me, want to go to this tournament? My experience with this place is that it’s much shorter hall than Fjellhamarhallen, so scoring is very much like Elixia. On one side of the hall there is plenty of space for warmup and chilling out between games on floormats. I also recommend the baguettes/sandwiches they serve for a reasonable price. The team fee covers bananas and 1 baguette Saturday.
The alternative is to join a pickup team, and I have been told by Adrian Oleson, the tournament arranger, that there is a very good chance for at least 1 maybe 2 pickup teams.

We have not been able to extend our stay at Elixia this autumn. Hopefully we can train there after New Year’s Eve. Though I would like to stress that this option is far from certain. But we might be able to return.

OSI is hosting a hat tournament Saturday 12th of June at Muselunden (a.k.a. the patch of grass next to the Sinsen Junction)
The players fee is only 50 NOK, including lunch, fruits, and water during the tournament. And in case you haven’t heard about our legendary after-game parties yet, it’s well worth to give it a go.
