This is the club homepage of “EZ Ultimate Frisbee Team” based in Oslo. The club was formally registered in 2006, but has its roots in the Freebies group who have played in Frognerparken and in and around Oslo since 1997.

We play ultimate frisbee both outdoors in Oslo’s biggest park, Frognerparken, and indoor at Elixia Colosseum, when weather conditions do not allow for outdoor play. Our schedule and locations are posted.

If you are around in Oslo and would like to join us for some fun, competitive, yet informal and ez…, ultimate frisbee, membership is open to anyone who wishes to sling round plastic discs, run and enjoy this ultimately fun sport.
